D'Pours serves New York City with event bar service built for lofts, rooftops, galleries and brownstones — spaces where the bar has to be beautiful and compact at once.
New York events are a logistics problem wearing a beautiful dress. The room is usually smaller than the guest list suggests, there is often a walk-up or a service elevator with its own opinions, and load-in windows are real and enforced. None of that is a reason to compromise on the bar. It is a reason to plan it properly.
We design compact setups that hold their looks in tight spaces, and we would rather you tell us about the freight elevator, the certificate of insurance your building wants, and the loading window now than at six on a Friday.
Brand activations and press events, gallery and showroom openings, corporate receptions and holiday parties, weddings and engagement parties, milestone birthdays, and private entertaining at home. For activations we will build the menu around the brand, including the drink names and the printed cards on the bar.
The alcohol for your event is purchased by the host and is not included in our packages. We bring the bar service, the staff, the mixers and the garnish, and we prepare the shopping list. If your building or venue requires a certificate of insurance before load-in, tell us who to send it to and we will handle it.

Every D'Pours package includes professional bartenders, complete bar tools and equipment, consultation and menu design, two signature cocktails named for the occasion, mocktails for every guest, your alcohol shopping list, setup and full breakdown, and responsible service with identification checks.
Prices shown are for one bartender. Two- and three-bartender packages are listed in full on our packages page. Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated. Under state law the alcohol is purchased by the host; we prepare the shopping list for you.
