What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form or contact us directly, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, event date, event type, venue, guest count, ZIP code and any notes you choose to add.

Why we collect it

We use it for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and plan your event if you book with us. We may contact you by phone, email or text about your enquiry.

What we do not do

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to serve your event, and the ordinary services we use to run the business — our email provider, our form provider and our payment processor. Each of them holds your information under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years in case you return to us. Records for booked events are kept as long as required for tax and insurance purposes.

Your choices

Write to us at dpoursevents@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Terms of Use

About this site

This website describes services offered by D'Pours. Descriptions, packages and prices shown here are for information and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Bookings and retainer

A date is not held until we have a signed service agreement and the retainer. The retainer is non-refundable, but it may be transferred once to another date within twelve months, subject to availability. The balance is due one week before the event.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. For weddings we ask for at least sixty days' notice; for all other events, at least thirty days. Within those windows the date is difficult to rebook, and a portion of the balance may remain due as set out in your service agreement. Rescheduling is welcome wherever our calendar allows.

Alcohol

Under Georgia law, alcohol for your event is purchased by the host. D'Pours provides bar service, staff and materials only. Our bartenders verify identification, will not serve anyone underage, and may decline to serve any guest who has had enough.

Our content

The D'Pours name, logo, photographs and written material on this site belong to D'Pours. Please do not reproduce them without our permission.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but we cannot promise every detail is free of error at every moment. If something here looks wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
